Return & Refund Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase, as long as you contact us within 7 days from the receipt of the item, we will process your return/exchange request. Any request after 7 days will not be honored. Please make sure to contact us by email (lamppsofficial@gmail.com) at first.
Return & Exchange Conditions
We encourage you to go on a thorough check-up when you receive the package and make sure whether the items are the ones you have specified.
Customers who purchase Lampps products can enjoy the return service without reason within 7 days of receiving a product (calculated based on courier record, the same below). when returning the goods, the customer must present valid proof of purchase and provide the invoice (if any). The customer must ensure that the returned product retains the original quality and function, intact appearance, and the complete trademark and certification mark still attached.
If the product is damaged, the packaging box or any items are missing, or other conditions that affect secondary sales, the return will not be accepted.
Non-returnable items:
On sale items or gift cards are non-refundable.
Damage/Lost caused by customers is non-refundable.
The following items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged : ① Clearance items, ②Gift cards, ③Personalized items.
Return Process
- Initiate a return: Please email us at lamppsofficial@gmail.com with photos and/or videos of the items and let us know your order number. Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility for your return request within 3 business days.
- Ship the item back: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted). We recommend that you send your return/exchange in a shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature, because we will not be responsible for lost return/exchange.
- Refund or exchange: when we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item in 7 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.
Return Charge
If you need to return an item because it's faulty, or because of something we've done wrong, we won't charge you for the return/collection.
For returns requested by the customer, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. And the costs of the original shipping fees will not be refunded.
Refunds
After our customer service agree your refund and check all done is compliant with our return policy, our custom service will operate your refund and within 7 business days you can receive your refund.
Order Cancellations
We will process your order within 24 hours as soon as we receive the order. If you want to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours after you place the order. The refund will be issued within 2 business days after the cancellation of your order.
If you wish to cancel your order beyond 24 hours, you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from the total cost of the order.
We will try our best to meet your needs. However, if the products you ordered have already been shipped out, then your order cannot be cancelled.
Before installing or using the products, please double check the following when it arrives:
1) Scan the box for damage.
2) Make sure the product name and model number match your order confirmation.
3) Remove the packaging and inspect the items.
If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, don’t accept the delivery. Tell your delivery representative(s) and contact us so we can arrange for a replacement. Once you have installed the appliance, it cannot be returned.
